Honestly, I think pre-launch deals are a scam. Everyone glorifies early-bird pricing. But Shanders in Gottigere? Low initial prices, then PLC, floor-rise, 'development charges'. Matlab, real discount or just psychological? Wait for OC for clarity? Change my mind.
