Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 18D. Finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting yaar, my landlord just raised rent again. Manohar Singh and Company ka ek project dekha, kaafi acha laga. They're asking for floor-rise premium for higher floors and PLC for park-facing units. Is it actually worth paying extra for these as an end-user? Matlab, will it really give good long-term value ya bas builder ka tareeka hai to inflate prices? What do you guys think?

Bhai, these builders always try to squeeze extra out of first-time buyers. Floor rise and PLC are mostly marketing gimmicks for end-users, honestly. Unless you're planning to sell in 2-3 years at a huge profit, which is rare these days, I don't see the real value. What's the per sqft rate they're quoting for the base unit without these add-ons?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Base price they quoted was around 7200/sqft
