Are Godrej/ATS projects in Greater Noida holding up?

Did a site visit to a few Godrej and ATS projects in Noida Extension yesterday. As someone in real estate, I'm always wary of super area vs carpet area games. But I'm more concerned about actual construction quality and hidden charges. What's the post-possession reality like? Any surprises with maintenance or PLC that hit you later?
