Are Goyal Luxury Floors amenities misleading?

Did a site visit to Goyal Luxury Floors on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaate hain, real mein kuch aur hi hai. Swimming pool ka size dekhke toh hassi aa gayi. Gym bhi bas naam ka hai. Fed up of renting, but ab lag raha EMI vs rent math mein yeh hidden disappointments bhi add honge. Anyone else felt cheated by amenity promises?
