Are Greens The Platinum amenities just for show?
Did a site visit to Greens The Platinum on Saturday. Everyone talks about the fancy amenities, but are they genuinely useful for daily life? My kids have moved out, so I need something manageable, not just a showpiece. The society vibe felt a bit sterile, honestly. Not sure if it's friendly or just isolated. Plus, good hospital proximity is a must for me. Change my mind, but I felt many amenities there are just brochure bait for the price.

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head. Most builders just throw in fancy amenities to justify the price. I saw a project in Ahinsa Khand 1, same story. Swimming pool and clubhouse look great in brochures but are empty 90% of the time. What about the maintenance cost for all that?
Totally agree! I visited Greens The Platinum last month. Amenities toh bas dikhane ke liye hain, daily use ka kuch khaas nahi laga. Price bhi bahut high hai for what they offer.
