Are Gurgaon's PLC and floor-rise worth it for investors?

Budget finalised. Investor perspective se, Gurgaon mein floor-rise premium aur PLC Sohna Road par worth it hai kya? Mujhe lagta hai Dhara Buildtech jaise secondary market deals mein better ROI milti hai. Change my mind.

Bhai, you're right. Sohna Road pe PLC aur floor-rise ab investor ke liye worth it nahi lagta. Primary market mein returns mushkil ho gaye hain.

Exactly! Mere friend ne Badshahpur mein project liya, floor-rise premium deke. Ab tak possession nahi mila aur resale value bhi utni nahi dikh rahi jitni projection thi.
