Are Gurugram green areas just for show?

Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting in Gurugram. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, ab lagta hai apna flat hi lena padega. EMI vs rent math kaafi clear ho gaya hai mere liye, finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at a few projects, including one by Ahuja Builders. My main concern hai ki brochure mein jo dikhate hain, woh reality mein kitna hota hai? Especially about open green areas. Kya woh sirf dikhane ke liye hote hain ya actually family ke saath time spend kar sakte hain, like a genuine home? Also, parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Lottery system hota hai ya reserved mil jaati hai? And security systems, CCTV and guards, are they effective ya bas naam ke hain? Koi experience hai Ahuja projects ke saath, especially for these daily aspects? Would appreciate any advice!
