Are hidden charges normal for new flats in Sector 24C?

₹78,000 for 'miscellaneous charges' after possession, seriously? Just moved into my 2BHK in Sector 24C last month and the RWA slapped us with so many unexpected costs. The builder's brochure never mentioned these. Now they're saying extra for parking space too, after promising one. It's frustrating. Did anyone else face this with their new flat here? Or is it just my building? What did you guys do?
