Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm eyeing Sector 71, maybe a DLF project, but from my past deals, hidden costs during possession are the real killer. What unexpected charges usually pop up? Also, for investors, secondary market deals sometimes offer better negotiation scope than direct builder. Any thoughts on that, compared to new launches?
