Are hidden charges unavoidable when buying in Noida?
Honestly, I thought I had a handle on things, trying to downsize after the kids moved out. We're looking at a compact 2BHK, maybe with Saha Groupe in Sector 68. My budget was around ₹78L, hoping for something manageable and low-maintenance, close to a good hospital. But every builder quote feels like a moving target. They show one price, then suddenly there's PLC, parking, club fees, maintenance deposits. It's easily adding another ₹7-8L, pushing it to ₹85L! I'm genuinely frustrated. Are these 'utility connection' fees and possession charges just a standard surprise? It feels like they hide half the cost until you're too deep to back out. What other hidden charges did you guys face when buying in Noida? Did anyone manage to negotiate these extra costs down significantly?
