Maintenance charges in Ghaziabad societies are often a shocker. Just moved into AU The Sunflower Phase 1, and I'm wondering if the high maintenance actually translates to good service quality. Kya yeh long-term investor ke liye worth it hai? Does it help with tenant retention ya resale value?
