Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm based in Dubai, looking at a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj, Rajkot. Can't do site inspections myself. Are prices around ₹85L justified? Any negotiation room? Which builders, like Balaji or Swaminarayan Group, have solid reputations for quality and clear titles there? Should I worry about legal issues or delays, especially needing a power of attorney? Ground truth on builder credibility and legal clarity is crucial. Thanks!
