Okay I'll be honest — builder choices in Noida Extension are making my head spin. I'm looking at options like Godrej and ATS, maybe Gaursons too, for a 3BHK around Sector 150. My biggest worry is hidden charges, yaar. Heard stories about PLC, IDC suddenly popping up at possession time. What's the real ground truth for these builders?
