Are Noida Extension's hidden charges worth the headache?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, I'm thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Noida Extension, maybe around Greater Noida West. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, but I'm worried about hidden charges. Builders quote one price, but what about PLC, parking, maintenance advance, and other stuff jo possession ke time pe dikhte hain? Kitna extra lag jaata hai all-in-all? Also, do builders like Krishna Group really negotiate in this market? Kitna realistic discount expect kar sakte hain from the listed price? Already have a home loan, so har extra lakh matters. Is the price jump worth it?
