Are pre-launch prices from builders like SSVR Builders in Mullur really worth it? I got possession last month. With all the PLC and floor rise, not sure if early bird ka real discount mila. For investors, what's better: pre-launch ya open market? And construction-linked plans versus bigger down payment discounts?
