Are 'premium' amenities just a scam?

Checked out Sobha Crescent and Laburnum 88A. Brochure amenities feel misleading; my 2BHK's gym is broken. Is their premium worth features that won't work? Anyone frustrated?

Yaar, I totally get what you mean! I went to check out Laburnum Victory Floors 88A last month, and the brochure looked amazing. But when I asked about the 'state-of-the-art gym' and 'rooftop infinity pool', the sales guy was super vague. For ₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.3 Cr, I expect actual, working amenities, not just promises. Are these builders just selling dreams? Feeling so confused and cheated already.
