Are project amenities in New Delhi just for show?
My loan finally got approved for Sri Sai Balaji Munshi Arcade, and I'm excited but also confused. Everyone glorifies these fancy amenities, but honestly, kitne log actually use karte hain? Okay, I'll say what no one says: most clubhouses and gyms end up being ghost facilities after a year. We pay such high maintenance charges, but is the service quality even matching up? Is it just a show-off ya actual value for money? Anyone living in Sri Sai Balaji Munshi Arcade or similar projects, your experience please. Disagree? Tell me why.
