Are quoted prices ever the real deal?

Honestly, I'm just so done with hidden costs. Feldspar at Brigade El Dorado's 3BHK final price after all extras felt like a bait-and-switch. JP Orchid looks cheaper, but it's ongoing. Is that under-construction gamble worth it, or will hidden charges hit later? Already have a home loan, just need real transparency.

Builder ne itne saare charges laga diye jo pehle bataye hi nahi. JP Orchid looks cheaper, but it's ongoing. Is that under-construction gamble worth it, or will hidden charges hit later? Already have a home loan, just need real transparency.
