Are rental yields in Whitefield actually hitting 4.5% for 2BHKs?

Are rental yields in Whitefield actually hitting 4.5% for 2BHKs? I'm looking at a Prestige project there, around ₹1.2 Cr. Builders ka toh alag figures rehte hain, but real world mein kya scene hai? Plus, tax hacks jaise Section 24, 80C ka max benefit kitne saal mein milta hai for an investment property? Kitna time hold karna sahi rehta hai for appreciation?

Totally agree U1! My friend bought a 2BHK in Prestige Lakeside Habitat last year for ₹1.1 Cr, and rent barely touches ₹25k. That's like 2.7% max. Which Prestige project are you looking at, OP?

4.5% in Whitefield for 2BHKs? Bhai, builder bolte hain, but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. I seriously doubt it.
