Are RTM flats in Noida truly worth the hype?

Honestly, I'm finding this RTM vs UC debate totally skewed. Everyone pushes ready-to-move flats in Noida for 'safety', but aren't they overpriced? My wife needs a 3BHK for the kids near Pari Chowk, and good builders like Godrej or ATS ka track record sahi hai. Under-construction mein better deals, even some customization milti hai. RTM mein sirf convenience ke paise extra de rahe ho. Change my mind.
