Are Rudraa Aroma amenities really delivered?

Rudraa Aroma — I'm looking at this project for my first home. The brochures show amazing green spaces and a huge clubhouse. But honestly, my parents keep saying what's promised and what's delivered are usually very different. Is that true for Rudraa Aroma too? Like, do the green areas actually feel open, or are they just small patches? And what about the clubhouse, is it actually usable or just for show? Not sure if I'm overthinking this, but it's a big investment.
