What's the real RERA delivery status for Sattva Lake Ridge? Past projects from them always had delays, seriously impacting investor ROI. My holding costs are a concern. Anyone else hearing about this?

U8, to answer your question from earlier, my cousin booked in a Sattva project in Begumpet, it was delayed by almost a year and a half. So no, not on original RERA date. And for Lake Ridge, 897 units by 2028... very ambitious. Market conditions are also a bit tricky now, labor supply and raw material costs are fluctuating.

Dekho, every builder has some delays. But Sattva usually delivers, maybe not exactly on time, but they do. Lake Ridge ka location is a big plus, so thoda buffer time toh expect karna padega.
