Are Sector 150 prices already topped out?

Not proud of this, but I almost bought in Sector 150. With Jewar Airport hype, aren't Salarpur Khadar or Yamuna Expressway better for price correction? Where's the real value in Noida now? Change my mind.

Bhai, you dodged a bullet! Sector 150 ka rate already sky-high hai. Builders ne sab hype pe prices badha diye hain. Value ab wahan nahi hai, trust me. I'm also looking and it feels
