Are Sector 45 2BHK prices justified for investment?

Spent the weekend checking out Sector 45 options online for investment. I'm in Dubai, so no site visits. Prices for a 2BHK feel steep, around 1.2-1.5 Cr. Are they justified? What's the real rental demand and tenant profile there? Need advice on property managers for remote handling.
