Totally agree! I heard about this project from a friend, and ₹4/sqft sounds like a scam for an ongoing project. What about the possession date? Is it still 2025-11-01 or are they delaying?

Haan bhai, possession date toh wahi dikha raha hai RERA pe, 2025-11-01. But these builders always delay. My uncle bought in Alpha I Greater Noida and got delayed by a year.
