Is the under-construction quality at Sattva Lake Ridge actually good, or just surface level for site visits? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK for investment. Visited Sattva Lake Ridge, but it's tough to gauge real construction quality just by looking at ongoing work. Should I trust what I'm seeing for long-term resale value and lower maintenance costs later?

Honestly, I've heard good things about Sattva in general, especially their larger projects. Lake Ridge ka location bhi kaafi
Bhai, this is the biggest issue with upcoming projects. Builders show you samples, but the actual delivery is often compromised. Sattva has a mixed bag track record. I'd be very cautious, especially with possession date being 2028. So much can change by then. Don't just trust the site visit, try to talk to people who bought their previous projects.
Haan yaar, what you see is rarely what you get. They just polish up the show flats. Real construction quality takes years to show its true colours.
Totally agree with you! Mera friend ne ek builder se Alwal mein liya tha, usko bhi same experience hua. Finishings dekhne mein achi lagti hain, but plumbing, electrical mein sab compromise karte hain. Site pe toh sab chamakta hua dikhta hai.
