Sector 68 – I'm trying to calculate the real ROI on a 2BHK here. Builders like S R Paryavaran Engineers quote base prices, but what about hidden charges at possession? Do pre-launch prices actually offer a better total acquisition cost after all add-ons? I've seen these eat up initial discounts. What's your experience?
