Markets toh har jagah mil jaate hain but quality aur variety matter karti hai. Power backup is usually for common areas only, not full flat backup in most projects unless specified.

RERA ID PGN0012345 (hypothetical) mein unka complaint history mil jayega. Vijayant Enclave ka construction quality bhi average suna hai. Is price point pe you can expect much better, especially with current market conditions in Noida being a bit slow.
