Are there hidden risks in Sikanderpur projects?

Just moved into my 2BHK near Sikanderpur last month. Things are okay but honestly, the water pressure is a nightmare, especially on higher floors. The approach road during monsoons? Total mess. Nobody really told me about these daily issues before I signed. I'm wondering if these are common problems in other projects around Sikanderpur too. Has anyone else faced these kinds of hidden risks? Are these general red flags for the area that buyers should know before committing?
