Is under-construction property in Rajkot really worth the risk anymore? Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. My budget is around ₹70-80L for a 2BHK, looking near Kalawad Road or 150 Feet Ring Road. Builders like Maruti Group or Balaji Group ka track record kaisa hai? Construction delays ka darr hai, ya ready-to-move hi better option hai despite higher price? Rajkot International Airport aur AIIMS ka impact kitna hua hai prices pe? Should I wait ya abhi sahi time hai?
