₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Mohali Sector 71 feels like a lot, especially for a first-time buyer. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, and I'm aiming for long-term appreciation, primarily end-use. I've been told Chandigarh property values consistently rise, but I'm concerned about market timing. My parents suggest waiting, thinking it might have peaked. Should I consider New Chandigarh or Aerocity for better future growth, given the New Chandigarh Master Plan, or is Mohali with its PR7 connectivity a more stable option right now? What are your thoughts on buying now versus waiting a bit?
