I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK. Altus Ecoglades ka price toh sahi lag raha, but Pushpak Society ka jump bahut zyada hai. Is that huge difference worth it for the total cost of ownership and 5-year appreciation? Yaar, usable carpet area mein bhi kitna fark hoga?

Totally agree with you! Pushpak ka price dekh ke toh hawa tight ho jaati hai. Premium tag ke naam pe kitna bhi charge kar lete hain. Mujhe bhi lag raha hai Altus Ecoglades is a much safer bet, especially for a first-time upgrade. Ready property, no construction delays ka tension.

Exactly! Aur Altus toh puraana project hai, 2016 se log reh rahe hain. Community set hai. Pushpak ka toh abhi bhi construction chal raha hoga, aur pata nahi kab tak finish hoga. Woh 'premium' sirf marketing hype hai, mostly.

But Pushpak Society ka jump bahut zyada hai. Is that huge difference worth it for the total cost of ownership and 5-year appreciation? Sach mein, usable carpet area mein bhi kitna fark hoga? Samajh nahi aa raha kahaan invest karein, itna bada step hai.
