Arenaa Heights vs Ace Starlit: Which one, yaar?
Hey guys, I'm confused between Arenaa Heights The Ultima 107 and Ace Starlit in Noida. Arenaa is ready to move, which is tempting. But Ace Starlit is under construction. What's the builder trust factor like for both? Kisi ko pata hai? I'm also thinking about carpet area efficiency. Which one gives more usable space, actually? Has anyone experienced hidden costs with either? Also, which has better potential for rental income in the next 5 years? Mujhe advice chahiye. Not sure which way to go. What do you think?

Bhai, Arenaa Heights toh as per RERA, is ONGOING with possession in Dec 2026. Aap bol rahe ho ready to move? Kahi koi confusion toh nahi hai? Builder ki website pe bhi yehi date dikh rahi hai. Thoda research kar lo pehle, first-time buyer ho na, dhyan se.
Haan, U2 sahi bol raha hai. Often, they say 'ready to move' if the structure is complete and finishing is going on, even if RERA possession is a year away. But legally, 'ready to move' means possession can be given immediately. Check the RERA certificate for exact status.
