My main focus here is connectivity and how it impacts daily life for an end-user. Road connectivity via Sohna Road is decent, but this area is a fair distance from central Gurgaon business hubs like Cyber City or Golf Course Road. For anyone working there, expect a significant daily commute. Metro access is still a challenge; you'd need to drive a good distance to the nearest station, adding to travel time and cost. The transport infrastructure here is evolving, but it's not yet as robust as sectors closer to NH-48. For end-users, especially those prioritizing convenience to major employment centers, the commute could be a deal-breaker. However, if you're looking for a quieter lifestyle, possibly working closer to Sohna or valuing the relatively lower price point for a completed project, it might fit.
