ARK Avantika's promised rental yields are a total fiction. I'm based in Dubai, invested seeing their brochures, but struggling to get even half that now. Resale market feels dead, no serious inquiries. Is anyone else facing this with a completed project? How do you manage property remotely without a trusted partner?
