India's First Real Estate Community

The actual community feel in an under-construction project is a huge gamble. My wife and I are upgrading to a 3BHK for our growing family, and we're really torn between Lodha Kharadi Phase I Tower 5 and Arma Cavansite Phase 2. Both are ongoing, which makes it tough to gauge the future society vibe. For us, school admissions for the kids and overall safety are huge priorities. Arma Cavansite seems promising for school access, but I'm worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio there. Could it end up feeling like a ghost society, especially for families? Lodha Kharadi feels more established, but Kharadi is getting super dense. Are the security features genuinely robust in both places? We need a place that’s truly safe for children and fosters a good community. Any parents here with ground reality insights on either project, especially regarding social infrastructure and the kind of residents you see moving in? Your experiences would be super helpful.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats for my family, need a 3BHK. Arma Cavansite Phase 2 is ongoing, making me nervous about delays and interior costs. Winsomesk Mountain Crest looks cheaper upfront, but what's the total cost after stamp duty, registration, and fit-out? My wife's priority is a safe, ready home. Which has better schools/hospitals close by for the kids? Anyone have experience with either builder's actual delivery or hidden charges?
