Arocon Golf Ville: Is it truly a good home?

Arocon Golf Ville — I've been looking at this project since my kids moved out. We don't need such a big place anymore and want something manageable. The price around ₹95L for a 2BHK seems okay. Just wondering about the daily living experience there. Is it genuinely good, or just on paper? How are the maintenance charges monthly? Also, for us older folks, is there a good hospital nearby, easily accessible? Any thoughts on the society vibe? Is it friendly or too isolated?

₹95L for a 2BHK in Arocon Golf Ville? Bhai, thoda high nahi lag raha for a project that got possession in 2015? Market mein aur bhi options hain.

Exactly! I heard about Arocon ka possession issues pehle bhi. 2015 se completed hai, toh ab tak toh value appreciate honi chahiye thi. Kya pata, maintenance bhi kitna hoga ab.
