Spent the whole Sunday checking out options around Huda City Centre for a 2BHK. Honestly, the connectivity to Delhi and metro access is unbeatable, but the traffic during peak hours is just insane. I'm looking at a couple of societies in Sector 29/43, or maybe something a bit further like Sector 56 for better space. Prices are high, ₹1.2 Cr+ for a decent 2BHK is common. Is living right next to Huda City Centre really worth the daily commute madness, or should I compromise on distance for calmer living? What's the ground reality for those actually living there?
