Honestly, I'm finding it tough to justify the premium for a bigger place in Sohna. Currently in a 2BHK, family badh rahi hai so thinking of 3BHK ya villa. Arun GGR Floor 22 dekha, location theek lagi. But parking allocation ka bohot issue suna hai wahan. Is it lottery-based or reserved milta hai? Kya yeh daily headache worth it hai? Already home loan hai, aur parking ka stress nahi chahiye.

Bhai, parking toh headache hai hi, Sohna mein bhi issues hain. ₹3.8 Cr mein bhi agar parking ka stress lena pade toh kya faayda? Aisa lagta hai builders bas sell karna chahte hain, baad mein buyers ki problem.
Gurugram mein prices waise hi astronomical hain, aur Sohna mein bhi ab premium ho gaya hai. Family badh rahi hai toh stress toh hoga hi. Agar parking ka itna bada issue hai toh avoid karo. Ek baar property le li, toh phir kuch nahi kar sakte. Better to look at projects that are clear on parking from day one, even if it means compromising on location a bit.
OP, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. Yeh parking ka stress bilkul nahi chahiye. Mera khud ka experience hai Gurugram mein, ek project mein jahan parking ke liye har din ladai hoti thi. Builder ne sales ke time bade-bade waade kiye, but baad mein bol diya ki ek hi gaadi ki jagah hai, doosri ke liye lottery. Aur woh lottery kabhi lagti hi nahi. Daily ka headache ho jaata hai. Isse acha toh Sohna mein villa dhoondo jahan dedicated parking ho ya phir Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe dekh lo, wahan thode bade plots mil jaate hain jahan parking ka issue kam hota hai.
Parking ka issue toh har jagah hai, but GGR Floor 22 mein thoda zyada hai because of the density of apartments versus available space. If you're going for a villa in Sohna, make sure parking space is clearly defined in your agreement and is part of your plot area. Many projects near Baharampur Naya are coming up with better parking solutions for villas.
OP, Arun GGR mein parking mostly lottery based hi hai for the extra slots. Basic ek allotted milta hai but second car ke liye bohot mushkil hai. My cousin lives there, he had to pay extra for a temporary spot near Basai road, which is risky and far. Aur uske baad bhi, uski car do baar scratch ho chuki hai. Isliye, agar do cars hain ya future mein plan hai, toh yeh daily headache pakka hai. Always get parking allocation in writing, clear terms ke saath.
Totally agree with U3! Parking is a nightmare everywhere. Builder bas bol dete hain aur baad mein sab bhool jaate hain. Yeh toh India ka real estate standard problem hai.

Main bhi 3BHK dekh raha hoon, but budget tight hai, aur ₹3.8 Cr – ₹7.0 Cr toh kaafi wide range hai. Kya yeh completed project hai ya abhi under construction?
Bhai, completed toh bolte hain, but ground reality alag ho sakti hai. RERA website pe check karo. Builders aksar 'completed' bolke small finishing touches ko ignore kar dete hain. Aur ₹7 Cr for Sohna, that's a huge jump! Be careful.
Price bohot high hai for Sohna, bilkul. Maine Baliawas mein dekha tha, wahan thoda better deal mil rahi thi for a similar size 3BHK, aur parking bhi clear thi. Is range mein you can get something better, maybe even a villa plot near Badshahpur.
U2, project toh Completed hai. Possession date 2024-11-01 mention ki hui hai, but log bol rahe hain ki finishing abhi bhi chal rahi hai. Price range toh location ke hisaab se hai, lower floors ya compact units ₹3.8 Cr ke aas paas hain.
Bhai, Arun GGR Floor 22 mein parking ka issue bahut common hai. Builder ne starting mein bola tha sabko dedicated milegi, but ab sunne mein aa raha hai ki second car ke liye bohot jhol hai. Mere ek friend ne wahan invest kiya tha, ab wo bhi pareshan hai. Sohna mein premium dekar bhi yeh stress lena worth it nahi lagta.
