And what about those promised amenities? Are they actually delivered, or just on paper? Is the maintenance charge worth the actual service quality? Need some real, off-the-record opinions here.

Exactly! Mujhe bhi yahi laga. 78L sounds like a plot price in some developing area, not a 2BHK in a completed project like GGR Floor 22. OP
