Since we sold our big house, Arun GGR Floor 22 in Sohna looked promising for a quiet life. But after moving in, the actual monthly maintenance is a shocker, way more than they hinted. Plus, some 'one-time' charges just appeared. Is this typical for this project? Did anyone else feel misled about the total cost here?
