Is Arun GGR Floor 28 genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? I'm eyeing it for my first home, the ₹2.40 Cr range is doable. Brochures make it sound amazing, but I'm honestly not sure about the actual community vibe. Are the amenities like the gym or clubhouse well-maintained, or just for show? Also, how are the noise levels? My parents keep saying to check the neighborhood thoroughly for schools and markets nearby. Any actual resident experiences would be super helpful.
