Is Aruna Apartments actually livable, ya just good on paper for that ₹1.30 Cr to ₹2.21 Cr price tag? I work in real estate, but honestly, buying for myself is different. Builders always play super area vs carpet area games, so what's the actual usable space like there? Not sure if the community vibe is genuine or just marketing. Is it a friendly society or sab apne mein rehte hain? For this price, I expect more than just a fancy brochure. Change my mind.
