Arvind Apartment: Is it genuinely good for daily living?

Downsizing feels much harder than expected. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking at Arvind Apartment. We want something manageable, with a good society and hospital nearby. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just on paper? What's the actual community vibe like?
