Arya CP: The real cost of 'premium' amenities

Is Arya Chittaranjan Park truly liveable for families, ya bas brochure mein hi sab kuch perfect dikhta hai? I work in real estate, toh pata hai marketing spin kya hota hai, but buying for myself, it's different. They claim top-notch amenities, but are the gym, clubhouse, etc., actually maintained and usable? Ya bas show-piece hain? My biggest concern is the amenity reality. Neighbourhood ki baat karein toh, CP area mein schools, hospitals, markets toh hain, but daily commute and traffic ka kya haal hai? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Is it friendly ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Honestly, I'm tired of builders overpromising. What's the real story with maintenance charges yahan?
