Totally agree with the OP! "Premium" amenities are almost always a marketing gimmick. I've seen so many projects jahan swimming pool sirf first year chalta hai, uske baad green ho jaata hai pani. Arya CP mein bhi same scene hai kya? Maintenance charges kitne hain yahan aur kya woh justify karte hain in amenities ko jo shayad use hi na hon?
