The brochure looks amazing, but I'm really worried about the gap between what's promised and what's actually delivered on site. Has anyone actually moved into Ascent Laxmi Villas? I'm super curious about the construction quality. Do you see cracks or seepage issues after a year or two of possession? And those fancy clubhouses and sports facilities they show – are they actually used daily, or are they just ghost facilities with high maintenance? My current society's gym is always empty, yaar. Is the premium for these amenities at Ascent Laxmi Villas really justified? I don't want to pay for things that just sit there, especially with an existing home loan. What's the real deal with maintenance charges versus actual service quality there?
