Checked out ASF Isle de Royale last week and honestly, I'm confused about its investment potential. Everyone talks about its location, but nobody mentions how tough it actually is to offload properties there. For a completed project, the resale market seems super slow. I'm seeing listings sit for ages. Is the investor ratio too high? Are actual end-users not buying in? My parents keep saying 'location, location', but if no one's buying, what's the point?
