ASF Isle de Royale's carpet area is a rip-off for the price, prove me wrong.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurugram, and ASF Isle de Royale keeps popping up. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a proper 3BHK. Everyone talks about the location and amenities, but honestly, the carpet area for the 3BHKs at ₹1.5 Cr+ seems ridiculously low. Is it just me, or do the layouts feel super inefficient for that kind of premium? My existing home loan means I'm looking for genuine value. I mean, are residents actually getting enough usable space for daily living? Or is it all just fancy facade and you end up feeling cramped? I'm worried about the livability, like noise levels from neighbours or general air quality issues. For a completed project, I'd expect better space efficiency. Change my mind, because right now, I don't see the justification for the price jump.
