Just moved to Asgerpur last month. Monsoon aa raha hai, thoda tension hai. Suna hai yahan waterlogging hoti hai? Anyone facing this issue? Also, how's the garbage disposal situation? Is it as bad as people say? Planning to buy a car but parking bhi ek issue lag raha hai.

Ultimately, it depends on your budget and priorities. If you can afford it, Sector 150 is the safest bet. Otherwise, do your due diligence and negotiate hard.
Before booking, check the amenities completion rate. I made that mistake in Sector 16B, now I'm stuck with a 'clubhouse' that's just a dusty room.
So, U4, what's the final decision? Are you going ahead with the purchase, or are you looking at other options?
Good luck with your search! Noida can be a headache, but it's also a great place to live once you find the right spot.
The new metro line extension might improve connectivity and property values in the long run, but right now, construction is causing even more traffic and dust.
U10 is right, approvals are key. Check the land title and ensure it's clear. Lawyer se consult karna is a must.
Honestly, with the rising property rates, buying right now feels like a gamble. But rent bhi kaha jaaye? It's a tough situation.
My friend lives in Asgerpur. He says the waterlogging isn't too bad, but the power cuts are frequent. Inverter is a must.
Don't just rely on hearsay. Go visit the area during a heavy rain and see for yourself. That's the best way to assess the waterlogging situation.
Which builder project are you looking at, U4? Some builders are notorious for poor drainage. Knowing the builder will give us a better idea.
It's a smaller, local builder. Not one of the big names. That's what's making me nervous.
Be careful then! Small builders often cut corners. Demand all approvals before you pay a single rupee.
I bought a flat in Asgerpur 3 years ago. The builder promised covered parking, but it's still 'under construction'! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.
File a RERA complaint! They can help you get your parking or compensation.
Possession mila kya, U18? This builder ka track record bahut poor hai, I've heard.
Waterlogging is a serious concern. Check the elevation of your plot/building relative to the surrounding areas. This can make a huge difference.
Bhai, Asgerpur mein toh I heard kuch illegal constructions bhi hai. Check the approvals properly before investing. RERA registration number check karo!
I lived in Asgerpur for 5 years before moving to Greater Noida. Waterlogging was definitely an issue near the main road, especially during heavy rains. The internal roads were usually fine, though. Garbage disposal was okay-ish, nothing too terrible. Parking was a nightmare though, especially in the evenings.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Good location, but infrastructure needs improvement.
U11, which year did you move out? Things might have changed since then.
Yeah, I've heard about waterlogging issues near the Asgerpur market. Not sure about the residential areas though. I think it depends on the specific pocket. Maybe ask your neighbours?
Garbage disposal is definitely an issue in some parts. They need to improve the safai vyavastha. Waterlogging toh bhai Noida Extension mein bhi hota hai. It's a common problem. Are you renting or planning to buy?
Planning to buy, that's why I'm a little worried. The property looks good, but these issues are holding me back. Any recommendations on good sectors with good infrastructure?
U4, Sector 150 is pretty good, relatively new and well-planned. But it's expensive, obviously. Avg rate is around 7k/sqft now. But waterlogging is still a risk even there, honestly. It's Noida!
7k! OMG. I remember when it was 5k just a year ago. Inflation is real!
Sector 150 is overpriced, IMO. You're paying for the 'brand'. Look at sectors closer to Pari Chowk, you might find better deals.
U5, even Sector 150 had issues last monsoon near the Jaypee Wishtown area. Drainage system is overloaded during heavy rains.
Asgerpur... bhai, waterlogging ka scene toh monsoon mein sab jagah hi hota hai Noida mein. But Asgerpur ka specifically pata nahi. Garbage disposal is a mess though, even I've heard that. Parking toh har jagah ka issue hai. Which sector are you in?
