Did a site visit to Ashiana Aaroham Phase 1 on Saturday. Price range ₹2.90-4.19 Cr seems high, honestly. Not sure if current pricing leaves much upside for investors. Kya pre-launch mein better deals the? Also, what's the investor-end user ratio looking like? Don't want a ghost society. Resale market mein kitna liquid hoga?
